The Burning Mitten was opened on April 30th, 2015 in Holland, Michigan and we make small-batch paraffin-soy blend candles and wax melts.

Orders typically get packed the day after you place your order and shipped out the next day but may occasionally take longer, especially during weekends and holidays. Custom orders will take longer depending on supply availability.

We ship via USPS and they usually take 1-5 days depending on how far you live from West Michigan. We currently only ship to the United States.

We currently have a flat shipping rate of $9.50 (but there is a free shipping over $50 code floating around!). This rate is subject to change at any time due to USPS's annual rate increases. Your actual shipping may cost us more or less than this but it's the best way to keep shipping prices affordable and fair for everybody whether they're here in Michigan or out in California.

Any shipping issues should be resolved with USPS. All sales are final once you receive your shipping notification.
